- 3 Year free annual service.
- 3 Year Parts Warranty means the customer will pay no additional costs on replacement parts, however the labour and call out fees will be billable.
- Installations are all done by Johnson Health Tech approved technicians. Manufacturer Warranty and Service Plans is honoured by Johnson Health Tech SA (Pty) Ltd. Purple Palm Agency (Pty) Ltd is a reseller of the above product and do not cover any warranties or service plans.
- NB: Onus will fall on the customer to request a service on the annual anniversary date of purchase. Services must be completed within the first 3 Years. Services cant be carried over into the next period.
